We’re so excited to offer a kids yoga class at our monthly Junior League of Greenwich playdate!
Our breakfast playdate will be held from 9-11am. This month, the event is also open to the community – so feel free to share this link with friends!
Our playful yoga and mindfulness class will begin at 9:30 and is designed for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 1–6) with a grown-up by their side or nearby. We’ll wiggle, stretch, breathe like animals, and wind down with a moment of calm – perfect for little ones to move, explore and have fun in a community setting.

- Ages 1–6 with a caregiver
- Yoga begins at 9:30am
- Light breakfast provided
