The Junior League of Greenwich invites you to our Second Annual Women’s Conference, a one-day experience created for women who do it all and deserve a moment to focus on themselves.
This year’s theme, Every Woman. All Things., honors the many roles women carry every day. This conference is a chance to step out of the constant demands of caregiving, work, and family and into a day of learning, reflection, and connection.
The program features a powerful Women’s Mental Health Panel focused on the emotional load women carry while supporting everyone around them. The day also includes expert-led longevity breakout sessions designed to support a long and beautiful life, with perspectives on financial well-being, perimenopause, and integrative women’s health. We are also honored to welcome keynote speaker Mackenzie Phillips, who will share her story of resilience and personal growth.
With meaningful conversations, inspiring speakers, and a beautiful lunch, this is a day designed to help you feel supported, informed, and renewed. Join us as we celebrate every woman and everything she is.
Every Woman, All Things: Many women juggle caring for children, partners, and aging parents while also building careers and nurturing their own identities. This expert panel provides thoughtful insights and practical tools to help women better understand their mental load and more intentionally support their loved ones while caring for themselves.
